Visit to Iris Versari in Cesena
Gioachino Colombrita from “Iris Versari” (youth educational institute of social, health and child care), http://lnx.irisversari.it/moodle/index.php?lang=en, will demonstrate an experimental, virtual learning environment together with his colleague Nicoletta Farmeschi who will be online real time from the elementary school “Istituto Comprensivo O.Vannini” (http://lnx.ovannini.it/home/). With the use of 3D (Scuola 3D) and co-operative learning the students of this school – as a part of their curricula - develop a pedagogical course of cross-school co-operation for kids in the first years of elementary school http://lnx.irisversari.it/xoops/modules/news/ . “Iris Versari” is making a great effort in e-learning. They use the platform Moodle and tools as Wiki and blogs (http://www.scuola3d.eu/weblog/).
